 •      Negotiated and documented leases and sales with most major tenants including WalMart, Target, Vons, Luckys, Albertsons, Costco, Marshalls, Mervyns, Bed, Bath & Beyond. 
 •       Worked with Cities to obtain entitlements and with City Redevelopment Agencies in the development of over 16 major redevelopment area projects.
